I’m sure many of you have heard the expression,it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack,Well I’m happy to share my good news with you that I hinted at before.I am the needle in the internet haystack that has been found!I was cautious in mentioning any of this until I knew for sure that is was legitimate with all the silly scams out there on the internet. It is real, a couple weeks ago I was contacted online by a college text book, cover art editor for a publisher, and they are going to use my Black-Eyed Susan’s triptych painting, which is on display in a local gallery until Feb. 10th, on the cover of a book entitled Human Exceptionality, By Houghton Mifflin co. (What’s funny too is that the road I live is named Houghton.) Click Here for the original blog post of the paintings. I have just sent out the billing invoice and will have my name on the copyright page inside the book as well. They are going to be sending me printed cover flats too.I’ll be sure to post some pictures when I have them. The Show

my Serenity piece along with Caressa’s fiber behind to the right Caressa’s Fiber worksome of Sandra’s Photographymy This Tree, which looked good in person and more rich than I remembered. I’ll admit my photo’s did not come out very good and I’m hoping to get back and take some more.Saturday night went very well and the people who visited seemed honestly interested in each artist and their work. They took their time viewing each piece and meeting the artists.the three of us represented similar but unique expressions of nature and art. To the point where people forget that they are looking at a painting and are [ ... ]
